This beautiful complete and sporting discipline is not at all antinomic with the practice of hiking... Indeed, in the context of outdoor riding, it is a question of improving both dressage and, therefore, the ability of the horse to be frank, to cross and to progress in varied terrain in autonomy and the ability of the rider to orient himself and to be regular in his progress throughout a course.
We have practiced TREC a lot and at the highest level possible both in horseback riding and in carriage, today we like once or twice a year to share our knowledge and experience over a week or two of specific training courses.
During this week, we work in a relaxed way in the morning rather than on the flat, on obstacles in varied terrain and on speed control, while the afternoon is devoted to orientation and topography.
A trec course will be held from March 31 to April 5, 2019.
Club and Amateur Competition on April 6 and 7, 2019
